Refunds are possible within the course duration. You can initiate a refund request by going to "My Classroom" > "Payment History" > "Request Refund." After the request is confirmed by our staff, the refund will be processed through the payment method you used for the original payment.

When making a payment via bank transfer using a virtual account, the order is completed, and you can complete the payment by depositing to the account number sent via SMS.
